How It Works

HOW IT WORKS

The Cleveland Browns Mobile Shop is an exclusive service for visitors in our suite and club locations. 

We have convenient options for getting your order. 

  • Luxury Suite Service- Guests in the Luxury Suites locations can place orders through midnight on the Thursday before a home game.  Orders will be picked and processed for suite personnel to pick up the morning of the home game and delivered to the suite. 
  • Club Order Delivery- Guests in the East and West Club locations can have their orders delivered to the Club Concierge table. Delivery service ends at the start of the 4th Quarter.

Orders will be delivered in the order received as quickly as possible. Orders placed prior to kickoff will be delivered during the first quarter.  Orders placed during the game will be delivered by the end of the following quarter up to the 4th Quarter.
